iOS7 is pretty sweet, I like it’s speed and flat design. However, my favorite iOS7 update is the new training guide in Siri. Before this training guide I had no idea what to use Siri for (besides ask embarrassing questions and see what she would say).
This may have been obvious to most people but I had no idea you could set an alarm or a calendar invite or enable Wi-Fi.
This got me thinking about my own web products. People only use 10% of the full potential just because they don’t know what the full power actually is. Simple training guides like this one go a long way for tools like Siri that have infinite potential.

My favorite iOS7 update is the Photos app. I love the organization.
The Siri training guide is cool too. Sometimes I use it for setting my alarm, but that is it. I have no idea why apple keeps pushing it so hard.
I think the reason they push Siri so hard is because it is the start to Artificial Intelligence. It has the ability to easily figure out what you want and make it happen easily. It allows you to “Set The Alarm” without even having to think about the location of the app on your phone.
PS I agree with you on the Photos app – it rocks!
Siri is awesome. I use her for reminders and setting alarm. Also, when i want to check scores quickly for sports games.

Siri training guide has always been there since iOS 6 but iOS 7 makes it more noticeable. Another new thing in Siri is you can change how she pronounces your name by saying ” pronounce [insert name here] differently”
